Domestic Shipping (UK)
- Royal Mail 48 – Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
- Royal Mail 24 – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
International Shipping
- European Union – Estimated delivery within 5–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Rest of the World – Estimated delivery within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and local customs processing.
EU & International Orders
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier administration or clearance fees when they arrive in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and shipping carrier and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance or local postal services.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be provided for all tracked shipping services once your order has been dispatched.
